Michael is a Business Executive with over 30+ years of experience in Africa and the USA who has the ability to work effectively at all levels in organizations, manage change and exceed commercial profit targets.
Prior to forming his own real estate company, Natureville Homes, Michael has He has also worked in Engineering Companies in USA and Kenya in engineering design for buildings.
He held director-level roles in blue-chip multi-national Software Companies. Michael holds an MBA from Leicester University, UK, and an Applied Science degree in Engineering from ITT Technical Institute based in Seattle, USA. In addition, he holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
Elizabeth is a seasoned Finance Professional with over 26years’ experience in the areas of Accounting, System Implementation and Project Management (Prince 2 certified).
Elizabeth has held several management roles in charge of accounting and system implementation for large Kenyan corporates.
Elizabeth holds an MBA in Strategic Management from Daystar University, ACCA professional qualification from the UK and an Accounting Degree from University of Eastern Africa, Baraton. In addition, she holds a Diploma in Management of Information Systems.
